ABOUT GAIL DANA

I've worked professionally in communication media for over 20 years, including the web since its "consumer birth" in the 1990's. My skills include:

  • Consumer and Technical Writing for Print, Web, Video/Film and Multimedia.
  • Instructional/Information Design.
  • Project Coordination.
  • Web/Desktop Publishing.

When asked to propose communication solutions I examine the:

  • Problem.
  • Client/Audience Demographics and Psychographics.
  • Project Constraints.
Combining this information with my in-depth knowledge of how each media works best and each media's development time and costs, I propose -- and am often asked to produce -- engaging products that work.
